McCormick, from Pastor of Holy Spirit Parish in Carroll and St. Mary Parish in Willey, to retirement. Rev. Thomas J. Topf, from Pastor of St. Michael Parish in Kingsley, to retirement. Rev. Msgr. R. Mark Duchaine, while remaining Vicar General, Judicial Vicar, and Moderator of the Curia for the Diocese of Sioux City, reappointed Pastor of St. Mary Parish in Mapleton and St. Mary Parish in Oto for a six-year term.
