Schedule of events for St. Edmond 50th

Friday, June 24

The Brian Kinney Band will perform from 8 p.m. to midnight for an adult dance at the Starlite Village Motel. This band is from Minneapolis. Saturday, June 25

Kid's Day Carnival is slated from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. It will feature attractions from all ages from toddlers to youth 18 years old. A trackless train, miniature golf, obstacle courses, giant slide, moonwalk and much more will be available for 50 cents per ride. The carnival will be held rain or shine. The attractions will be offered inside in the case of rain.

A Eucharistic celebration will be held at 5:30 p.m. on June 25 outside at St. Edmond's. (If it rains the liturgy will be held inside.) People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or a blanket. A 7:30 p.m. St. Edmond Gaels vs. Fort Dodge Dodgers baseball game will cap off the evening activities at Harlan Rogers Park. Free admission.

Sunday, June 26

A Pancake Breakfast will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the St. Edmond Commons. The breakfast will feature pancakes by Chris Cakes Catering and sausage. Cost is $4, all you can eat. Children 10 and under are free. School tours will also be offered Sunday morning.
