Schedule for the celebrations of Our Lady of Guadalupe

Cathedral of the Epiphany, Sioux City - The novena in honor of Our lady of Guadalupe in private home every night; on Dec. 8, the Maņanitas at 5 a.m.; follow by Mass at 6 a.m., and the presentation of the Guadalupe Play at 7 a.m. On the same day Mass at 11 a.m. followed by the Guadalupe Play.

St. Boniface, Sioux City - Mass on Dec. 12 at 6:30 p.m.

Trinity Heights, Sioux City - Trinity heights will host a National Night of Prayer for Life and America starting at 9 p.m. on Dec. 8 until 1 a.m. Dec. 9. The service is designed to ask Our Lady of Guadalupe to come again in order to change the hearts of people who use or take part in such things as artificial contraception, abortion and euthanasia.

St. Rose of Lima Church, Denison - The celebration will start with a novena of Masses every day at 6 p.m.; on Dec. 11 Mass at 11 p.m., followed by the Maņanitas. On Dec. 12 Mass at 6 p.m.; and on Dec. 15 the Great Kermes, with the arrival of the Guadalupano Torch carried by the youth who will run with it ten miles, form Vail to Denison.

St. Patrick Church, Estherville - Maņanitas on Dec. 12 at 5 a.m.; Mass on Dec. 14 at 12 noon followed by fiesta at the Duhigg Center.

Sacred Heart, Fort Dodge - Mass on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. with a community fiesta, a potluck dinner and piņatas for the children.

St. Mary Church, Hawarden - Mass on Dec. 8 at 4 p.m.

St. Mary Church, Rock Valley - On Dec. 11 Rosary in honor of Our Lady at 7:30 p.m.

Christ the King, Sioux Center - On Dec. 12 Mass at 7 p.m. followed by the Guadalupano Play.

St. Patrick Church, Sheldon - Bilingual Mass on Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. and Maņanitas with Mariachi.

St. Mary Church, Storm Lake - Novena in honor of Our Lady from the Dec. 4-12, Mass on Dec. 8 at 12 noon followed by the Guadalupe Play, the Maņanitas on Dec. 12 at 5 a.m.

Immaculate Conception, Cherokee - Mass on Dec. 12 at 2:30 p.m. followed by a potluck meal.

St. James Church, Le Mars - Mass on Dec. 8 at 12 noon followed by a community fiesta.
