Holy Hour for Healing
Bishop Daniel N. DiNardo addresses the congregation during a Holy Hour for Healing and Repentance held on Aug. 14 at the Cathedral of the Epiphany. The bishop had asked parishes/clusters of the diocese to hold a prayer service that day to pray for the church, the victims of clergy sexual abuse and priests. This diocese joined with other bishops and dioceses in prayer that day. The idea to hold prayer services grew out of the United States bishops’ Dallas meeting in June. (Globe photo by Renee Webb)
