Bike Pilgrimage: A spiritual journey through diocese

Pilgrimage on Wheels starts on June 9 in Storm Lake and concludes its 433.5 mile journey on June 15 in Sioux City.

For information relating on how to secure a daily $15 pass, check out the diocesan web site at www.scdiocese.org. Daily passes will be available at each evening's stop and before each day's ride from 6-8 a.m.

Coordinators of the ride are Chuck and Carla Offenburger.

62.3 miles, Storm Lake to Mapleton

Storm Lake, St. Mary's - 6:30 a.m. Mass at St. Mary's Church, breakfast from 6-8 a.m.

Schaller, St. Joseph (7:30-9 a.m.)

Galva (8-9:30 a.m.)

Ida Grove, Sacred Heart (10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.) Lunch served at the church.

Battle Creek (noon-2 p.m.)

Danbury, St. Mary's (1-3 p.m.)

Mapleton, St. Mary's (2p.m. and later)- 3-4 p.m. Narrated church tours, 5-7 p.m. dinner in church hall, 7-7:40 p.m. Nuns on the Run perform and 7:45 p.m. St. Mary's Choir, St. Joseph's Choir and Father David Hemann perform.
