  • Twenty-nine seminarians were instituted as acolytes during the celebration of the Eucharist at the Pontifical North American College in Rome on March 19. Shane Deman of the Diocese of Sioux City, who is in his second year of theological studies, was among the seminarians instituted at the college.

  • New School for Milford – The Very Rev. Joseph Fitzpatrick, pastor of St. Joseph Parish, has announced that contracts totaling $143,396.00 have been set for a new school building.
  • Briar Cliff to begin construction on men’s hall.
