“We would like to first thank our co-chairs; the Schultes and the Conrads put in lots of hours to make sure this year’s ball was a success, said Tom Miklo, St. Edmond development director and ball organizer. “They put their own special stamp on the ball which was evident with the great turnout. We are so very thankful that we have parents that are so dedicated to the mission of St. Edmond.
Miklo also expressed his appreciation to those who donated items, attended, gave cash donations or helped out in any way.
“The ball is the No. 1 fundraiser for St. Edmond,” he noted. “The event helps to fund a lot of the expenses that are incurred at St. Edmond. We have been so very lucky to have generations of supporters step up each year for the 32 years the ball has existed.”
Next year’s event will be held on May 7, 2016 and co-chaired by Nate and Kim Galles and Mark and Susan Laufersweiler.
